Classic x Super Rugby New Zealand Team Photo Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

○      All Classic Sportswear purchases made through any New Zealand Super Rugby club shop at https://shop.nzsuperrugbyclubs.co.nz during the promotional period will be eligible for entry into the draw.

○      5x winners will be selected (one for each club).

2. Nominee Requirement

○      Entrants must nominate a child aged 16 years or under at the time of entry to be the recipient of the prize. While the purchaser of the eligible product may be an adult, the nominated child will be considered the winner for the purposes of this competition and must meet all eligibility criteria. Entrants may be required to provide proof of the nominee’s age upon request. If no eligible nominee is provided, the entry may be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

3. Prize

○      There are five (5) prizes to be won in total, with one (1) winner selected for each of the five (5) participating Super Rugby clubs in New Zealand. Each winner will receive the following prize:

i.       Team Photo Experience: The opportunity to be included in the official 2025 team photo of the Super Rugby club whose merchandise the winner purchased during the promotional period. The photo will be taken at the end of the 2025 Super Rugby season at a time and location determined by the club. Travel and accommodation are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

○      The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

4. Entry Conditions

○      No minimum spend is required to be eligible.

○      Every individual purchase made during the promotional period will be counted as a separate entry.

○      Entries are limited to purchases made between 12:00am Thursday 1st May 2025 and 12:00pm Sunday 18th May 2025.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

○      One winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter from all eligible entries.

○      The winner will be notified by the Promoter on Tuesday 20th May 2025, using the contact details provided at the point of purchase.

○      If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. General

○      Classic Sportswear NZ (the "Promoter") reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these terms.

○      By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

○      All purchases are subject to the NZSRC store terms and conditions (accessible at https://www.shop.nzsuperrugbyclubs.co.nz/pages/terms-conditions)

○      The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time: (i) cancel this offer; (ii)  amend the contents of the Prize; (iii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it; (iv) amend these terms and conditions

1. Eligibility

2. Prize
   One (1) game replica Fiji Airways Crusaders Jersey is available to be won. The jersey size is not specified and only one size is available. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other items.
